Brett

Brett Champlain grew up climbing and bombing the minuscule hill in front of a gray house in rural, Western Colorado. Some of his earliest memories are: accidentally riding into a full canal and being pulled out by his mom, his older sister super-gluing tumbleweeds to his chain-guard, his dad helping him paint his first bike, and his granddad teaching him how to patch tubes. Riding keeps his mind calm and close to family. Coming from a former culinary life, Brett has sliced his way into the cycling biz. With a hunger for knowledge, Brett is now gleaning Jedi skills from topnotch mechanics and apprenticing for a local hand-built bike builder on the rise. Velo is honored to have such an inspired gentleman on staff.
