Bike of the Week: Bianchi Pista Dalmine

Named after the velodrome in Dalmine Italy near the Bianchi factory, the Bianchi Pista Dalmine is this weeks’ BOTW.

With simplicity and efficiency in mind, this pista (one of many in Bianchi’s lineup) stands out in the crowd. Keeping with its velodrome lineage, the Pista Dalmine (flat bar) is a quick handling, nimble ride, great for general transport and a friendly impromptu sprint race between friends. The frame utilizes the stiff and efficient qualities of oversized aluminum tubing, while maintaining some vertical compliancy for a smooth comfortable ride on the city streets. A bladed carbon fork tops off the look and adds to the smoothness of the overall ride.
