NYC Velo is excited to announce a unique collaboration with the newest bike brand in the shop, Geekhouse. These Boston based frame builders have been making serious waves in the bike world recently with their brightly colored singlespeed, fixie, and cross team bikes and kits. The Geekhouse crew has had a strong presence at NAHBS and has developed a reputation within the handbuilt frame building community for producing top quality products. Head Geek Marty Walsh honed his fabricating skills at Seven Cycles and under master framebuilder Mike Flanigan of ANT and his work shows it.

NYC Velo will be releasing some very limited frame and fork sets in the coming weeks in stock sizes with unique colorways. The first release, Series 1, will be in 2 sizes, 53 and 56cm, and will incorporate signature Geekhouse elements like custom machined adjustable dropouts, new in-house segmented Yo Marty forks, and the brand’s curved seat tube. The second release, Series 2, will be made in 2 smaller sizes, 47 and 50cm, and will don a different, series-specific paint job. The Series 2 framesets will include the same unique details as the Series 1 framesets, though will forgo the curved seat tube.

Each series will be limited to a run of 5 framesets. NYC Velo is currently taking pre-orders for both Series 1 and Series 2 framesets, price is set at $1150 each.
